We carry out advice and training to support educational institutions in the challenge of change, innovation and improvement of their management and practices, with a view to achieving quality education based on their Educational Improvement Plan, with an impact on learning of the students.

We seek to strengthen trust and effective intergroup communication, optimize the coordination of work actions towards achieving high team performance through collaborative work.
